The registration process takes place in 7 steps.
Before starting the registration prepare the information and documents needed for each step.

Step 1 (1 of 7)
Primary registration
Action:Filling the primary registration form and submitting.
Needed info and documents:
Company name
Personal information of the person in charge of bidding.
Name
Surname
Position or role in the company
Time zone of your location according to GMT
A valid email address.
A password (to login to the system later)
Notes:
The accuracy of your GMT time will guide us to contact you at an optimum time.
Do not use a public email in this step all the confidential info, your login password and confirmation letters will be sent to this address. Also the address is used as your login username.

Tip:
Create a safe password by using case sensitive characters mixed up with numbers and special characters like @,$,# and etc.
If you forgot your password use the forgot password link in the login page and provide us with your email your password will be sent to this address.
Step 2 (2 of 7)
Email confirmation
Action: login to your mail box and find the confirmation email with the following info.
Sender:
Subject:
Click the validation link. After validation you are redirected to the login page.
Use Email address and password to continue the registration process.
Needed info and documents:
The login info to your mail box.
Note: If you didn�t receive the email confirmation letter please inform Gol-e-gohar as soon as possible.
Tip: You can use the login page and the login info later to access your registration forms.
Please print your login info and keep it in a safe place.
Step 3 (3 of 7)
Company general information:
Action: Completing the form and going to the next step.
Needed info and documents:
Company full name:
Company registration number:
Place of registry:
Incorporated date:
Note: These info has to be confirmed by Gol-e-gohar please, inform us with accurate data.
Tip: by clicking the calendar icon you can set the date, to change the year or the month use the left and right arrows or click on the year or month.
